Remakes and revisions

Our commitment

If your portrait doesn't accurately resemble your cat — the markings are off, the colours don't match, the face isn't quite right — please get in touch and we will create a new version at no additional charge.

We do not limit the number of remakes. We'll keep working until the portrait genuinely looks like your cat.

If you have a specific change in mind — a slightly different expression, an adjusted background tone — please describe it when you contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

How to request a remake

Simply reply to the email we sent you with your portrait, or contact us at hello@catmemorialgifts.com.

Tell us what isn't right, and if possible include the specific version you received and what you'd like changed. The more detail you give us, the better we can get it right the next time.

Digital products

Because portraits are digital files that are created and delivered specifically for you, we are not able to offer cash refunds once a portrait has been produced and delivered. This is standard for personalised digital goods.

What we do offer instead is a genuine, unlimited remake commitment. If you're not happy, we keep working.

If you have placed an order and have not yet received your portrait, please contact us and we will look into your order straight away.
